Dinner out in Pinet, near Sete, with friends Dave & Tess. They'd booked a table on our last night with them at a fantastic seafood restaurant, with impromptu entertainment provided by one of three brass bands performing later that night in the village's music festival. Nicky has a secret love of brass bands, so it was a late, late night...!

The lovely ladies at Sait-Julien-en-Bon municipal campsite tried to fit us in during a heavily-booked 40 deg heat weekend - this was the shadiest free spot they had. Mark is now regretting his 'shade is king' perspective ... fortunately after one night they were able to move us much, (much!) further away from the toilet block!
